Meet the founder

North Elite is founded and led by Jerome Miller, a lifelong football professional with deep roots in the game. Jerome began his football career at Don Bosco Secondary School in Toronto, earning recognition that led to representing both Team Ontario and Team Canada on the national and international stage. He later secured a full athletic scholarship to the University of Missouri S&T, where he played four years at the collegiate level while studying psychology.

Jerome’s leadership is the driving force behind North Elite’s success. His meticulous approach to staff selection, player engagement, and operational excellence ensures a high-quality experience for all participants. His strong ties to Ontario’s amateur and collegiate football communities also open doors to valuable partnerships and sponsorships—positioning North Elite as one of the premier adult flag football leagues in the province.
